MARSHFIELD – Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has named Jennifer Cordy as the new North Central Region Market Development Manager. The north central region includes Wausau/Weston, Minocqua, Rhinelander, Mosinee, and Medford.
Cordy, who was previously Security Health Plan’s business retention manager, will continue to serve as a key sales representative for Security Health Plan health insurance benefits and Marshfield Clinic Health System’s business health solutions services within north central Wisconsin, and will lead the north central region market development team. Important to this new role will be cultivating positive working relationships with employers, community leaders, distribution channels and Marshfield Clinic Health System leaders.
Cordy has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from UW-Stevens Point. Cordy brings more than 15 years of experience as an independent broker to the new role, as well as 1.5 years in sales management at Security Health Plan.
“Jennifer is uniquely equipped to excel in this new role,” Director of Sales Kara Johnson said. “She has built relationships with employers across the region in her previous role at the Health Plan, and also brings the broker perspective to the table, so she can help our team facilitate great interactions.”
Cordy is joined by Jenny Olbrantz, Market Development Manager for the central region, which includes Neillsville, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Plover, Wisconsin Rapids, Colby and Abbotsford.
