Madison… Today, John Macco (R-Ledgeview) was sworn into office for his fourth term as Representative for Wisconsin’s 88th Assembly District and released the following statement.

“I am excited for what my colleagues and I will be able to accomplish over the next biennium,” said Rep. Macco. “It is imperative that we build on the successes of last session and look for ways to move our state forward over the next two years.”

Rep. Macco will continue to serve as Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means, Vice-Chair of the Joint Committee on Audit, and member on Jobs and Economy, as well as State and Local Government.

“I am pleased with the team we have put together for Ways and Means this session,” said Rep. Macco. “While we have made significant progress towards making our tax code fair, low, and simple for all Wisconsinites, we are not done yet. As Chairman of Ways and Means and in conjunction with my other committee assignments, I am looking forward to putting not only the 88th district, but Wisconsin first.”
