Citizens organizing a recall of four (4) members of the seven-member Mequon-Thiensville School Board have achieved in excess of the legally required 4,150 signatures and will officially file the recall petitions Monday at 4:15 pm at the MTSD Administration offices at 5000 West Mequon Road, Mequon.
There will be a 3:00 pm supporter event in front of the district office building ahead of the filing.
Scarlett Johnson & Amber Schroeder, co-founder’s of the “Recall MTSD School Board” effort and others will briefly address supporters and then file the signatures. The group expects the district in the next month to review and certify the petitions and set a date for the recall election.
