President Biden will deliver a pre-recorded message to the virtual Democratic state convention on Saturday.
The recorded message will be part of a Saturday night lineup that includes speeches from Gov. Tony Evers; U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Madison; and the state’s three House members. Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro will deliver the keynote address.
