Eighteen Milwaukee Local Elected Officials Endorse Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes for U.S. Senate

MADISON— Today, 18 Milwaukee local elected officials endorsed Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes for the United States Senate.

“I grew up in Milwaukee, it’s my home. I know it’s a community full of joy, resilience, and opportunity, and that’s why I’m so proud to have these leaders join me in our campaign to change the game in the United States Senate,” said Mandela Barnes. “As Wisconsin’s next Senator, I will never stop fighting to lift Milwaukee, because when we lift up families in Milwaukee, it helps communities throughout Wisconsin. By creating good-paying jobs, expanding access to health care, and tackling climate change we help people throughout our entire state. With these leaders standing with me, I know we can beat Ron Johnson and create equal opportunity for everyone in Wisconsin, no matter their Zip code.”
