Joint Finance asks four agencies to testify on guv’s budget

Four agencies have been asked to testify on the state budget next week as the Joint Finance Committee again cut back on the number of departments asked to appear before the panel. MADISON, Wis. – The Racine West 6th Street Sewer Relocation Project may result in the incidental taking of a rare snake under a permit the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) proposes to issue for the project.
