MPS: Announces spring return for interscholastic athletics

MILWAUKEE (March 25, 2021) — Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) has announced the return of interscholastic athletics this spring following the Milwaukee Board of School Directors’ approval for students to return to in-person learning in April. Spring sports include: baseball, softball, boys golf, boys tennis, boys and girls track & field, and girls soccer. All spring sports teams will practice and compete outdoors. Wisconsin Farmers Union: New pandemic assistance package critical for overlooked farmers

CHIPPEWA FALLS  – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced March 24 the creation of the Pandemic Assistance for Producers, a new initiative to offer financial assistance to farmers and ranchers affected by pandemic-related disruptions.
