MADISON – It’s been over 150 days since Representative Todd Novak (R-Dodgeville) and his Republican colleagues adjourned the legislative session. As students, families and communities continue to grapple with the ripple effects of the pandemic, pleas for action have been ignored by Wisconsin Republicans including Novak.

“Unlike Todd Novak, farmers and small business owners don’t have the luxury of taking a few days, let alone over 150 days, off from work,” said DPW spokeswoman Kate Constalie. “Novak and his Republican colleagues have refused to put in the time and effort to support our rural communities. Schools need resources to keep students and staff safe, small businesses are struggling to get by and Todd Novak is nowhere to be found.”
