WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) is sending an urgent message to Wisconsinites as COVID-19 rages across the state in the worst outbreak since the pandemic began. In the last week, from November 3 to November 10, Wisconsin has experienced more than 40,000 new infections. Currently, there are over 2,000 Wisconsinites hospitalized due to COVID-19 and 2,395 Wisconsinites have lost their lives to this deadly pandemic.

Senator Baldwin released a new video message to Wisconsin on YouTube.

“We must take stronger action right now to stop the spread of COVID-19. We cannot allow this deadly virus to keep spreading, and we cannot allow more of our friends, neighbors, and frontline health care workers to keep getting sick, or worse. We can beat COVID-19, but we have to work together in order to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and each other,” Senator Baldwin said. “Everyone has a responsibility to do their part, so let’s stand together, confront this deadly pandemic and help save lives.”
