After a sobering review of the actions of Governor Tony Evers over the past three months, I now call for Impeachment.

ARTICLE VII. Impeachment The assembly shall have the power of impeaching all civil officers of this state for corrupt conduct in office, or for crimes and misdemeanors; but a majority of all the members elected shall concur in an impeachment. Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office.

1.The past few days have seen the straw that broke the camel’s back in a total contempt for the rule of law. Governor Evers is leading a coverup of potentially felony conduct by refusing to release the name of the staffer who secretly recorded his conversations with state legislators, and the identity of anyone who planned the recording or authorized it. I am calling for a full investigation into this coverup.

2. Governor Evers, with the help of “Acting Secretary Palm,” violated the oath he took to support the Wisconsin Constitution through their illegal statewide lockdown orders. The Wisconsin Supreme Court declared the lockdown to be unlawful and a “vast seizure of power.”

3. Governor Evers has failed to protect historical state property and small businesses from vandalism, rioting and looting.

4. Governor Evers has done nothing to prevent unauthorized road painting around the state capitol, including the “defund police” painting.

No one is above the law, including Governor Evers.
