Berlin, WI Luke Dretske formally announced his candidacy for Wisconsin’s 41st Assembl
District. The 41st Assembly District is currently held by State Representative Joan Ballweg, who announced that she will be running for the State Senate.
“Over the last few weeks, I have received an outpouring of support from neighbors, friends, and family around the 41st District. I am looking onward to continuing on this momentum and hearing the concerns of the constituents of the 41st District,” said Dretske. “The people of this District represent the core values of the American Dream. As your Representative at the State Capitol, I will support family values, support conservation, protect small businesses from the overreach of big government, and defend the Constitution.”
Luke Dretske is a life-long resident of the 41st District, residing in Berlin, Wisconsin. After
graduating from Berlin High School Luke continued his education within the 41st District at
Ripon College. At Ripon College, Luke studies Finance and Politics & Government. Luke knows it is important to support the community he grew up in, therefore, he knew attending Ripon College was the right choice.
Luke has a record of public service throughout his community having worked for Senator Ron Johnson in 2019, previously serving as the Northeast Regional Vice-chair for the Wisconsin Federation of College Republicans, current serving as the President of Ripon College Republicans, currently serving as the Treasurer of the Wisconsin Federation of College Republicans, and currently serving as the President of the Student Senate at Ripon College.
