MILWAUKEE COUNTY – Today, Mayor Dan Devine (West Allis), Mayor Kathy Ehley (Wauwatosa), Mayor Michael Neitzke (Greenfield), Village President Julie Siegel (Whitefish Bay), and Village President Sam Dickman (Bayside) joined Mayor Bryan Kennedy (Glendale) in endorsing State Representative David Crowley to be the next Milwaukee County Executive.
Rep. Crowley is the only candidate for County Executive to have received an endorsement from any Mayors or Village Presidents in Milwaukee County.
“I’m impressed by David Crowley’s grasp of the issues facing Milwaukee County and specifically the suburbs,” said West Allis Mayor Dan Devine. “He understands the concerns about quality parks, infrastructure, and public safety. I also feel he is the best candidate to work across the aisle and bring consensus to deliver results. I’m happy to endorse him for County Executive.”

Representative Crowley currently serves Wisconsin’s 17th Assembly District, representing almost 60,000 residents in the State Legislature. As a member of the State Assembly, David sits on the Energy and Utilities, State Affairs, Workforce Development, and Transportation Committees and is the ranking member on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee. He is the Chair of the Milwaukee Delegation, the Chair of the Black Caucus, and the Co-Chair of the Black and Latino Caucus. He also serves as a member of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) Board of Directors.
Representative Crowley lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Ericka, and their three young children.
