A coalition of labor unions, progressive groups and Dem officials today announced the creation of Wisconsin Organizing Together.

The group will focus on digital organizing and other efforts ahead of the Supreme Court race and school referenda on the April 7 ballot. It also will be geared toward ultimately opposing President Trump as part of an effort across six states, including Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

In Wisconsin, the group’s honorary co-chairs are: state Treasurer Sarah Godlewski; state Sens. Jeff Smith, D-Eau Claire, and LaTonya Johnson, D-Milwaukee; Racine Mayor Cory Mason; and Outagamie County Exec Thomas Nelson.
