State parties exploring contingency options for state conventions

The state Dem Party is having “internal discussions” on contingency options for its June 12-13 convention in Wisconsin Dells. Spokeswoman Courtney Beyer told WisPolitics.com options under consideration include limiting the number of people who can attend the convention in person and holding some events virtually. Beyer stressed that discussions on contingency options were preliminary and any final decisions would need to be approved by the party’s administrative committee. Dept. of Transportation: State Patrol ready to assist with transport of COVID-19 test kits/samples
