(Hudson, WI) – Congressman Brian Mast (R-FL), has endorsed Republican Army veteran Jason Church for U.S. Congress to represent Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District. Like Congressman Mast, Jason Church lost both of his legs in an IED explosion in Afghanistan.

“Jason Church’s commitment to serving our country and to conservative values is needed in Washington, DC.,” said Congressman Mast. “Now more than ever, we need those who value our country more than political aspirations to be standing up for the American people. As a fellow veteran, Jason and I both know the tough decisions soldiers must make in battle. In those hard moments, we both relied on our training and values to look out for our brothers and sisters in arms. I know that Jason will show that same principled leadership on behalf of the Wisconsin 7th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. I look forward to working with in him Congress.”

“The support of Brian Mast, both as a Congressman and a fellow veteran, means a lot to me,” said Jason Church. “Like Brian, I needed to find a way to serve my country after my injuries. I will always stand up for conservative values, defend our national security, and support those who have served our country with honor. I am not a politician; I am a veteran who is looking to continue his service on behalf of the people of Wisconsin.”
