New reports require follow up and evaluation
MADISON, WI – Today, Representative Greta Neubauer (D-Racine) released the following statement regarding the recent articles outlining potential changes to the Foxconn development in Wisconsin:
“Like many of my neighbors, I read the concerning Reuters report yesterday that Foxconn may be shifting their plans in our area.
“As soon as I heard the news, I reached out to local government and Foxconn in an attempt to gain clarity. I will continue to be in close contact with the Evers Administration, my colleagues in local and state government, and Foxconn as this story develops.
“Since I was sworn in, my top priority has been fighting for the people and future of Racine. These new reports will require further review and follow up by local and state officials.”
