MADISON – Representative Shelia Stubbs (D-Madison) was sworn in today for the 2019-2020 legislative session of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Rep. Stubbs was elected to serve the 77th Assembly District in 2018. Rep. Shelia Stubbs will be the first African American to represent Dane County in the Wisconsin State Legislature.

Rep. Stubbs represents the 77th Assembly District which includes Madison, Shorewood Hills, and parts of Middleton.
