“Thank you, Governor Evers, for talking about the efforts of WRTP/ BIG STEP to recruit and communicate our opportunities in Milwaukee, including our efforts at the training centers of the different construction trades unions, career days and job fairs at Milwaukee schools, as well as community service efforts. WRTP/ BIG STEP has been a huge part of these efforts. Your leadership on these issues will help the construction industry combat an ongoing shortage of skilled workers “
