LRB: Wisconsin guvs have issued an average of 137 partial vetoes to budget bills

Wisconsin governors have issued on average 137 partial vetoes to the budget bills that have reached their desk over the last 30 years, according to statistics from the Legislative Reference Bureau.
That jumps to 242 partial vetoes during bienniums in which one party controlled the Legislature while the other controlled the governor's office.
