Kelly Campaign Adds New General Consultant and Campaign Manager 

[Madison, WI] – Today, Supreme Court Justice Daniel Kelly announced the hiring of two new staff to help lead his campaign as he seeks a 10-year term on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Jessica Flanagain joins the Kelly Campaign as the new General Consultant. Flanagain is the Senior Vice-President of Axiom Strategies and a veteran strategist with more than twenty years of campaign and brand experience. Previously, Flanagain served as Campaign Manager and Special Advisor to Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts. She has advised presidential, statewide, congressional, legislative, mayoral, and initiative campaigns throughout the country.

Charles Nichols will serve as Kelly’s Campaign Manager. He joins the campaign after spending the past three years working for the Republican Party of Wisconsin, where he served most recently as Research and Communications Director. Previously, Nichols was the Election Day Operations Director and Legal Counsel for the state party, and served as Campaign Manager to former Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch.

In addition to the new staff hires, the Kelly campaign also announced the launch of its new “Volunteer From Home” website at volunteer.JusticeDanielKelly.com. This new online portal will provide campaign supporters and grassroots volunteers more opportunities to help Justice Kelly reach voters across the state. Volunteers will now have the ability to write letters to the editor, email friends, download voter contact lists and talking points, sign up to be community leaders and more—all right at their fingertips.
