For the upcoming crucial Wisconsin spring election on April 2nd, Grassroots North Shore has decided that Judge Rebecca Dallet best represents the spirit of justice for the state. The group believes she deserves to be on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court and is endorsing her candidacy.
Judge Neubauer has had a long and significant career in regard to the rule of law, having served on the Court of Appeals for the past ten years and serving currently as Presiding Judge of the Court of Appeals since 2015. While on the bench, she has been a champion of independent and impartial justice.
Along with her service on the court, we appreciate her significant volunteer work in the community in both her home city of Racine and state-wide.
Her opponent is backed and funded by the NRA, anti-choice groups, and Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce (the state chamber of commerce); and is certain to support the wealth concentration policies of the WMC. His previous writings bring into question his regard for equal protection under the law for Wisconsin’s gay citizens.
Judge Neubauer has been endorsed by numerous labor organizations, a significant number of elected state officials including 300 judges, Planned Parenthood, and attorneys from both parties. It is an honor to add our name to this list.
