Vukmir and Nicholson also want to overturn Roe v. Wade, enact a zero-exception abortion ban, and potentially even ban some common forms of birth control

MADISON — As Leah Vukmir and Kevin Nicholson debate the kind of Supreme Court Justices that they would approve of, it’s important to remember that Vukmir and Nicholson are pushing for the Supreme Court to strike down the Affordable Care Act’s protections for people with pre-existing conditions — which could threaten 133 million Americans’ health care access.

And on another key Supreme Court litmus test — the question of whether the constitutional right to privacy protects a woman’s right to choose — Vukmir and Nicholson similarly take a position that would threaten millions of Americans access to a full range of health care options. Vukmir and Nicholson not only support overturning Roe v. Wade, but also back a zero-exception abortion ban and support so-called “personhood” measures that could even ban some common forms of birth control.
