Dem appointee Jeralyn Wendelberger resigned from the state Ethics Commission last week so she could go to work for a group that lobbies the state.
State law prohibits members of the commission from working for a lobbying principal.
Wendelberger's resignation has not been publicly announced, and she continues to be listed on the commission's website as a member of the board.
