Brookfield, Wis. — Nurse and U.S. Senate candidate Leah Vukmir announced Monday that she raised more than $400,000 for her campaign in the final fundraising quarter of 2017.

“I am pleased to announce this strong statement of support for my campaign,” Leah said. “Wisconsinites want a senator they know they can count on. My supporters have stood with Gov. Walker and me as we’ve enacted bold conservative ideas into law, so they know they can trust me to vote for lower taxes, strong security and more freedom — because I’ve done it.”

In the first three weeks she was in Senate race, Leah raised nearly $250,000. Of those dollars, nearly 75 percent came from Wisconsin supporters. In September, she announced her finance committee that comprises supporters who helped bring about President Trump’s, Gov. Walker’s and Sen. Johnson’s campaign victories.

Leah has also been busy talking with grassroots activists across Wisconsin, earning more than 200 endorsements from business leaders, veterans and other conservatives.

Leah Vukmir is a nurse, military mom and conservative with a proven record of reform who is running to bring the Wisconsin Way to Washington. She currently serves as a state senator from Brookfield.
