Vipond Challenges Sensenbrenner in Republican Primary in August
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – This year’s congressional race welcomes a new Republican candidate, Dr. Jennifer Hoppe Vipond. The long-time pediatrician hopes to bring a prescription for change in her run challenging Sensenbrenner, with focus on healthcare policy, the opioid epidemic, and workforce development.
Vipond is challenging Sensenbrenner, who has held the office since 1979. “I respect his fiscal conservatism but there are important issues facing our communities that are not being addressed. As a pediatrician I have intimate knowledge of these challenges .”
In an effort for constituents to become more familiar with her, Vipond is holding “Town Hall”-type meetings across the area. Several of these meetings have been scheduled and will take place at the following locations and times.
