WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, sent a letter to Acting White House Counsel Emmet Flood on Tuesday requesting a briefing on Ivanka Trump’s use of private email to conduct official government business.

This follows Chairman Johnson’s 2017 oversight of some White House staff’s use of personal email to conduct official business. Chairman Johnson’s September 2017 letter can be found here.
