Madison – Senator Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) released the following statement on House Speaker Paul Ryan’s decision to retire from Congress.

Paul is a rare breed of public servant; a policy wonk, an optimistic communicator, and most importantly a focused leader. Losing his voice and leadership in Washington will be a great loss to the nation.”
