[Madison, WI] — With less than two weeks to election day, President Trump came to Wisconsin to show his support for Scott Walker and Leah Vukmir – and contrast their records of reform and results with far-left Madison liberals Tony Evers’ and Tammy Baldwin’s record of failure. Thousands of Republican supporters gathered in Mosinee to support the president, Walker, and Vukmir.

From the Wisconsin State Journal: Less than two weeks before voters go to the ballot box, Trump took to the stage in the central Wisconsin city of Mosinee to express his support for the two-term governor being challenged by Democrat Tony Evers, and Vukmir, a state senator from Brookfield hoping to unseat U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Madison.
From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: “He’s become a great friend of mine,” Trump said. “One of the most capable members of government, Gov. Scott Walker. “He’s a warrior for Wisconsin workers and families. …. He’s a warrior. Didn’t he win like three elections last time?” he said, referring to Walker winning two terms and a 2012 recall election.
From the Cap Times: Florence Melka used to vote for Democrats. Not anymore. “It’s not the same Democratic Party anymore,” Melka, of Hazelhurst, said. “Democrats have become too liberal.”
More from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Baldwin “wants a socialist takeover,” Trump declared. Vukmir criticized Baldwin for her handling of the over-prescription of opioids at the Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center and blasted her for supporting government-funded health care. “She calls it Medicare for all,” Vukmir said. “I call it chaos for all.”
From WSAW: The excitement for tonight’s rally even carried outside of endeavor hanger. As the line for people getting in, stretched for miles outside of the airport. “There’s thousands of people here, there’s at least a mile to the parking at its going farther and farther back,” rally attendee Gerry Wrench said. At the rally for Donald Trump in Mosinee, there were people who traveled for hours for the opportunity to see the President.
