MADISON – Rep. JoCasta Zamarripa released the following statement on the passing of her constituent and friend, Phil Neuenfeldt:
“I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my dear friend and fellow advocate. I liked Phil the second I met him, and I know I’m not alone. I’m honored that I was by his side fighting for labor rights, and I’m better for having known him. My love goes out to his family and friends in this difficult time.”
