MADISON – In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th – October 15th),
Rep. JoCasta Zamarripa released the following statement:
“Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to reflect on the long and storied history
of Latinos in America. For generations, they have come here to raise families, work hard and celebrate their culture in our great nation of immigrants. It’s my honor and privilege to be the first Latina elected to the Wisconsin State Legislature as a representative
