MILWAUKEE -- Vice President Mike Pence says due to the federal tax overhaul and other policies backed by President Trump, optimism is "soaring."
The former Indiana governor said consumer confidence is now at an all-time high and the unemployment rate is the lowest in 17 years. He said since Trump took office, 3 million new jobs have been added, 36,000 of those in Wisconsin.
