Madison, WI – Michael Best Strategies has partnered with former Wisconsin Attorney General, J.B. Van Hollen, to expand the firm’s service offerings.
Van Hollen will lead the Attorneys General Practice at Michael Best Strategies. Van Hollen served two terms as Wisconsin Attorney General from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, he was U.S. Attorney for Wisconsin’s Western District. Van Hollen served as president of the bipartisan National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) in 2013. Van Hollen has a long history of working with a variety of agencies at the federal, state and local levels.

During his tenure as Attorney General for Wisconsin, he led the charge to clear the backlog of forensic DNA evidence at the state crime labs. Van Hollen also prioritized getting sexual predators off the streets of our communities and behind bars, as well as educating parents and children about online predators through his work to expand the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Van Hollen will work with Michael Best Strategies’ clients across all industry sectors and will have a presence in all Strategies offices across the country.
