JFC co-chairs looking at changes to guv’s $100 per-child credit, but offer no details

The co-chairs of the Joint Finance Committee said today they’re considering changes to the guv’s proposal to create a new tax credit of $100 per child, but declined to get into specifics.
The guv has proposed the $100 credit kick in this year as a sales tax rebate for parents who had children under 18 as of Dec. 31. It would then be a refundable tax credit in future years.
