Valued Supporter:

It’s decision time in the Wisconsin gubernatorial race.  While I had hoped to be your nominee and will be forever grateful for the tens of thousands who supported my candidacy throughout the state and country, our mutual efforts did not enable me to break away from the very crowded field, so I withdrew from the race on June 21st.

When you go to the polls tomorrow, my name is listed on the ballot first — please don’t allow this to be a source of confusion.  The ballots were printed before I withdrew — don’t vote for me.

I am supporting Kelda Roys for Governor because I think she has the best chance of beating Scott Walker. Kelda’s campaign recently published “The Top Ten Reasons to Vote for Kelda Roys,” and I wanted to share them with you:

  1. Kelda will legalize cannabis for medicinal purposes and adult recreational use.
  2. Kelda will address the threat of climate change and build our new clean energy economy.
  3. Kelda will enact common-sense gun reforms.
  4. Kelda will strive to end Wisconsin’s racial disparities and reform our criminal justice system.
  5. Kelda has a real plan for solving economic challenges for Wisconsin’s families.
  6. Kelda will fund our schools and ensure that public dollars go to public education.
  7. Kelda is a champion of women’s rights and will protect the right to choose.
  8. Kelda will ensure all Wisconsinites have access to healthcare.
  9. Kelda has a proven track record of passing progressive policies.
  10. Kelda is the best candidate to beat Scott Walker and move Wisconsin forward.

As someone who fought hard and dedicated countless hours and resources to be your next Governor I never thought I’d be telling you, “DON’T VOTE FOR ME.”  Please make your vote count by voting Kelda Roys for Governor.

With deep and sincere gratitude,

Andy Gronik
