MADISON – Governor has ordered that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff at all state facilities, beginning today and ending at sunset on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in accords with the President of the United States proclamation that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff for the victims of the shooting at Santa Fe High School in Texas.
