MILWAUKEE — Today, many current and former elected officials in Wisconsin endorsed Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Rebecca Dallet. Former Lt. Governor Barbara Lawton, former Congressman Dave Obey, State Senator Jennifer Shilling, State Representative Gordon Hintz, Outagamie County Executive Tom Nelson, Appeals Court Judge JoAnne Kloppenburg, and former Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk announce their support for Judge Rebecca Dallet for Supreme Court.
“I am confident that Judge Rebecca Dallet will be a fair arbiter of the law because I know she shares our Wisconsin values,” said former Lt. Governor Barbara Lawton. “With so many of our basic rights under attack, I am confident that Judge Dallet’s quarter-century in Wisconsin courtrooms gives her the experience necessary to reject special interest influences and stand up for working families.”
Judge Rebecca Dallet reacted, “I’m flattered to receive the endorsement of so many that I admire. I am running to uphold the constitution and the law, to protect Wisconsin values, and to bring integrity back to Wisconsin’s Supreme Court.
