Milwaukee Ald. Johnson: Dangerous drivers be warned

Statement of Alderman Cavalier Johnson I wholeheartedly support the traffic enforcement partnership announced by Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales. This epidemic of reckless driving, speeding, hit-and-runs and other irresponsible behavior behind-the-wheel has got to stop. In my district, I have seen families lose loved ones or constituents injured so severely that their lives will never be the same. This is unfortunately a microcosm of incidents occurring in many parts of the city. With Milwaukee Police Department, Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office, and Wisconsin State Patrol teaming up, I am hopeful these aggressive, unsafe drivers will be held accountable.
