Wrap-up motion would require UW to monitor teaching workloads, move up state employee raises

The UW System Board of Regents would have to develop a plan to monitor teaching workloads of faculty and instructional staff under the wrap-up motion JFC Republicans released late this afternoon.
The guv originally included the provision in his budget, but it was pulled as a non-fiscal item.
