Madison, Wisconsin— As she faces reelection in 2018, Senator Baldwin will do anything to hide her record of raising taxes from Wisconsinites. While Senator Baldwin talks about her so-called tax plan today, Wisconsinites should know that her record on taxes is against the best interest of hard-working Wisconsin taxpayers and their families.

“Senator Baldwin’s record is one of repeatedly raising taxes and opposing tax relief for hard-working Wisconsinites,” said Alec Zimmerman, spokesman for the Republican Party of Wisconsin. “It’s laughable that Senator Baldwin would be taken seriously on this issue given her extreme record in Washington on taxes.”
