EAU CLAIRE – The Wisconsin Alliance for Retired Americans is pleased to welcome candidates for Governor to Eau Claire for a forum on retirement security on Monday, December 11. This event marks the first time northwestern Wisconsinites will have an opportunity to hear from multiple candidates for Governor ahead of the 2018 election.

The following candidates or potential candidates have confirmed their attendance at next Monday’s forum (listed in alphabetical order): Ryan Cason, Tony Evers, Matt Flynn, Andy Gronik, Bob Harlow, Kurt Kober, Mike McCabe, Mahlon Mitchell, Kelda Roys, Jeff Rumbaugh and Dana Wachs. Governor Scott Walker’s office declined an invitation to attend this bipartisan forum.

The forum will be moderated by One Wisconsin Now Executive Director Scot Ross and focus on a variety of issues important to Wisconsin retirees, seniors and citizens. Event sponsors include the Wisconsin Farmers Union, Wisconsin AFL-CIO and AFSCME subchapter 63 (retirees).

Members of the press must RSVP to receive a credential for the event.
