The Governor’s budget ideas about the University of Wisconsin sound more political than substantive. His proposals fail to make up the funding cuts over the last 6 years and does little to correct the damage he has caused to the University and its reputation during this period.
In addition he fails to mention one of Wisconsin’s greatest assets – our natural resources. Not a word was said about protecting and investing in our environmental treasures.
