STEVENS POINT – Rep. Katrina Shankland (D-Stevens Point) is inviting members of the Portage County community to participate in a photo contest for her new legislative website. Members of the public are invited to submit photos of their favorite spots in the 71st Assembly District – unique downtown views, parks, fishing holes, breweries, and favorite spots on the UW-Stevens Point and Mid-State Technical College campuses.
Can’t decide on a favorite? Submit more than one! There are countless beautiful spots in the 71st Assembly District. Winning photos will be featured on Rep. Shankland’s new legislative website and credited to the photographer.
All photos should be submitted as a high-resolution jpeg to [email protected]. Please include a full name, address, and a caption for each photo. Finalists will be notified by e-mail.
Please submit all photos by Sunday, March 26 at 11:59pm.
