Baraboo – Earlier this week, the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Finance approved more than $1 million in state funding over the next two years for Circus World Museum in Baraboo. This was originally proposed in Governor Walker’s budget and unanimously approved by the committee.
“As a Baraboo resident and the city’s representative in the Assembly, I am very proud and grateful,” Rep. Dave Considine (D-Baraboo) stated. “Circus World Museum is a great resource not just for the 81st District, but for all of Wisconsin. Preserving our history is critical, and this support from the state will help Circus World maintain their valuable collections for years to come. I encourage everyone to come visit and see this gem for themselves.”
