“The Libertarian Party of Wisconsin thanks LNC Chair Nicholas Sarwark for joining us last weekend,” says Phil Anderson, LPWI Chair. “His words were inspiring, bringing into even better focus the truth that the Libertarian Party best represents what people really want from government- less anger, less corruption,  ore truth, and more accountability.”

The LPWI held its annual convention last weekend at Treehaven Retreat Center in Tomahawk, WI.  Members from Racine to Hudson attended, participating in the general business meeting, breakout sessions and seminars, and fellowship with fellow libertarians from around the state, and the country. Presenters included National Chair Nicholas Sarwark, Marquette University Economics Department Chair Professor Joseph Daniels, and radio host and life coach Glenn Klein.

“Congratulations to our newly elected officers Vice-Chair Peter Augelli , Secretary Tyler Danke, and Treasurer Patrick Baird, At-Large Board Members Nathan Gall and Chris Nass, “ continues Anderson. “We also elected representatives and alternates for all 8 Wisconsin Congressional Districts, and began committee work for the next biennium.  As newly elected Chair, I’m honored and excited to be working with, and for, such a dedicated and professional group. It’s a very exciting time to be a libertarian, particularly in Wisconsin!”

“As evidence of the energy at this convention, the Libertarian Party of Wisconsin we have several candidates who have announced that they are ready to run for state offices,” says Tyler Danke, LPWI Secretary.
